This one comes with a solid green under-plate. Candle is included. Plate and House have gold trim details. Little chimney and door ajar – very charming :-) . Base underplate is 4 inches x 4 inches, and House stands 5.5 inches high on the base.

Piece is in overall great condition, there is one spot on roof corner – see last pic – looks like the paint is rubbed off more so than an actual chip. This can be easily repaired.
